BEF NEEDS YOU! The Education Foundation offers many different opportunities to volunteer with as much or little time as you have to invest. We would love to have your help in the following areas…
BEF Promotions –
Volunteers are needed to pass out flyers at various community
events to share information regarding BEF and BEF programs.
Commitments range from up to one hour to potentially two or three
hours. Various dates available throughout the week and on
weekends. This is a very flexible commitment to help us out
whenever you can in supporting our students and teachers!

Yankee Candle Sale volunteers
– Volunteers for this event are needed for processing Yankee
Candle orders (commitment – any time amount from three hours to 1
½ days depending on what volunteer can invest) and Yankee Candle
delivery (commitment – 4 hour shifts, two shifts on set up day,
and 4 to 8 p.m. on the two delivery dates). All work is done
at Harris Academy. Send an email to Angela Falcone at

interested in helping with the Yankee Candle sale activities in
any way.
Drive One 4 UR School Event
– Volunteers needed to assist with promotion, set-up, and
throughout the day for registration and processing of drivers.
Commitment the day of the event – 2 hour shifts from 8:00 a.m. to

interested in helping with the Drive One 4 UR School Event.
Surplus Sale Event –
Volunteers needed for both set up of the surplus items and during
the event to process and load sale items for purchasers.
Commitment – 2 hour shifts for a Friday set up and on a Saturday
