This BEF InCredible Award funded a Flex Farm hydroponic growing system that helps Applied Skills middle schoolers build responsibility, task completion, and workplace-readiness skills by growing vegetables from seed to harvest, with the crops then donated to the school food pantry so students can give back to their community.
